Situated a few miles north of Pinnacle Peak Road, between Dixileta Drive and Lone Mountain Road in North Scottsdale, Sincuidados is surrounded by protected desert land and panoramic views of Lone Mountain, Pinnacle Peak and Troon Mountain. Developed in 1989, with  a few exclusive lots still available, the guard-gated neighborhood of 400 homes offers quiet, private streets with luxiorious homes inhabiting from an acre to 5 acres of land.

The name Sincuidados is translated as “without worries”. There is no worry that the pristine desert oasis will be maintained as approximately 70% of the land has been set aside as natural area open space. Additionally, resident and philanthroper H.B. Wallace donated 40 acres of land to the Mountain Preserve, assuring peaceful and scenic views will remain undisturbed in the future. He also established the Wallace Botanical Garden. Amenities for residents include access to a fine Clubhouse with lighted tennis courts and a place to meet and socialize, and hiking/biking trails. Homes range in square footage from 2900 to over 7000 with predominately Santa Fe style architecture.
